The Big Christmas Press Show 2024 Highlights the Best in the Industry
Christmas arrives early at The Big Christmas Press Show 2024, as some of the biggest names across retail, toys, food and drink, home, beauty and technology come together to showcase their latest launches and festive must-haves.
Taking place at London’s Business Design Centre, the seventh edition of The Big Christmas Press Show brings together more than 700 members of the media, content creators and industry figures with 62 leading brands and retailers, creating an unmissable preview of the products expected to make an impact during the Christmas shopping season.
The event features an impressive line-up of household names, including QVC, B&M, CLOUD NINE, Smyths Toys, Laura Ashley, Russell Hobbs, Not On The High Street, Bird & Blend and LEGO, alongside a host of emerging and established brands.
With Christmas representing one of the biggest periods in the retail calendar, the show gives brands the opportunity to put their newest products directly in front of journalists, editors, broadcasters and influencers searching for inspiration for their festive gift guides and Christmas features.
The toy and games sector are particularly well represented, with exhibitors including LEGO, Tonies, TOMY, MGA Entertainment, Ravensburger, Asmodee, Character Options, Golden Bear, John Adams Leisure, Jumbo Games and Smyths Toys. One of the highlights of the event is The Big Christmas Wishlist Awards, which will spotlight some of the products expected to become the season’s most coveted gifts. Spanning 12 categories, the awards will be judged by a panel of retail, consumer, media and entertainment experts, with each category featuring three winners alongside the highly anticipated Judges’ Pick.
Among the winning products are LEGO, Wilton Bradley, Craft Buddy, MGA Entertainment, Yoto, Target Darts, Weird Games, John Adams Leisure, Jumbo Games and Asmodee, giving the media an instant edit of products to watch ahead of Christmas.
The show also provides plenty of opportunities for brands and media to connect face-to-face, with exhibitors able to demonstrate their products and tell their stories directly to the people responsible for Christmas shopping coverage across print, digital, broadcast and social media.
