The team behind The Prince Arthur in Belgravia are opening a deli and two restaurants where the former Le Deli Robuchon used to be.
ASA will be a Japanese hand-rolled izakaya, selling Japanese seafood, nigiri and sashimi.
Salvador, a pintxo grill, will serve Mediterranean inspired, wood-fired dishes by head-chef Haydn Payne. It will have a separate wine bar and counter dining.

Chef Nathaniel Mortley known as NattyCanCook worked in Jason Atherton's Michelin-starred City Social and The Art Club, then served time in HMP Brixton and cooked at prisoner-run restaurant the Clink, followed by a pop-up at Peckham's The Greyhound. He is now opening his own restaurant, dedicated to his grandmother and serving Caribbean-inspired dishes.
