Late-night bold, fiery Indo-Chinese cooking in the former Soho Ceviche space, named after Kolkata's neighbourhood Tangra, and inspired by the Hakka Chinese community living there as well as Tibet and Nepal. Executive Chef Nikesh Sawant, (ex development chef at Mildreds) will serve sharing plates. Former Le Gavroche space is taken over by Matt Abé, Michelin stars restaurant Gordon Ramsay chef. The design is done by Russell Sage Studio, which is ment to be happy with "subtle nods to Abé’s Australian heritage".

Amy Poon opens her own restaurant within the New Wing of Somerset House following a series of pop-ups after the closing of the original Chinese restaurants Poon's. Food menu will include British and Italian dishes while drinks menu will showcase 350 Tuscan wines.

Northern Thai restaurant Khao Bird started as pop-ups in Brighton by restaurateur Mike Palmer and Head Chef Luke Larsson, then had a popular residency above The Globe Tavern and is now opening a permanent site on the space that was Soho's last adult cinema. The menu is inspired by by Mike and Luke's trips in Thailand, focusing on live-fire cooking and BBQ. The restaurant is spread across two-floors, with a blue and steel colour design like the Chiang Mai traffic signage, Thai craft and artworks displays, and an open kitchen downstairs. Zeren Wilson is curating the wine list, and they will have Thai and small-batch British beers.

The Royal Academy's refurbishment caused the temporary closing of José Pizarro's restaurant and the Poster Bar until 2027. This made José at the RA to move his new restaurant 'The Keeper’s House by José Pizarro' into the recently refurbished Keeper's House. The dining room is only open to the gallery's friends, patrons, members of the RA and their guests, serving sharing plates and some of his signature dishes.

Over 140 years old, Olympia is the main hub for large trade shows in London and is getting a £1.3billion refurbishment, with a new music arena, a new theatre and 20 new bars, cafes and restaurants planned;
Hyatt are opening the Hyatt Regency London Olympia which will have "a restaurant and a lobby lounge with bar and market area".
Des Gunewardena (co-founder of D&D, Engel and Jang) will open a "formal café/grill, central bar, outdoor dining and a basement speakeasy" in the Grade II listed Pillar Hall, designed by the team who did 14 Hills in the City.
The Incipio Group (team behind Pergola Brixton, Pergola on the Wharf, The Libertine, The Prince and The Palm House) are taking over 39,000 square feet to open four new venues:
- Arbour Bar & Rooftop - 15,000 sq ft bar across two levels, home to four food concepts, including gourmet fried chicken and smashburgers;
- Lillie’s - rooftop spot serving British small plates and English sparkling wines;
- Wolves of Tokyo - a 300-cover Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar;
- Juno - the largest Italian restaurant in the UK, spread over 11,000 sq ft of space inside the Olympia National Hall building.
