London's largest wine bar and urban winery, offering a unique bar and dining experience where visitors can see the winemaking process firsthand. Try English wines made on-site, poured straight from the barrel, discover over 100 wines by the glass, or get hands-on with winemaking workshops. All the wines are on an enomatic-style system and the winery is able to produce 100,000 bottles of wine a year ('Solena' recently won Best English Still Wine at the Independent Wine Awards). Alex Webb (former MasterChef: The Professionals winner) is opening his own restaurant in Wimbledon Village, after a very successful long-term pop-up at The Intercontinental. It will be a French/British sharing-style restaurant, on the former The Light House space. The focus will be on seafood, with a fish counter showcasing 'today's catch', as well as premium king crab and oysters.

Modern Cantonese dim sum and cocktails from a Hong Kong chain by the Aqua Group, on the former Luci restaurant, owned by Aqua as well. Guinness Open Gate Brewery - London

Guinness opens £73 million microbrewery/distillery at Old Brewer’s Yard, a former brewery space. Visitors can explore the venue, enjoy a central covered courtyard hosting events, take part in a training programme or shop special limited edition items at the Guinness store.
Company of Cooks (of Jose Pizarro at the RA, and Angela Hartnett at the Royal Opera House) will run 2 of the courtyard restaurant The Porters Table (best of British produce) and Gilroy’s Loft (British seafood) at the top of the building. Chef Pip Lacey (ex Hicce) will curate the menus. On the ground floor will be Old Brewer's Yard and the main bar, serving pies by Calum Franklin.
Guinness will offer limited-edition craft brews, seasonal specials and interactive experiences: a 330-degree experience about Guinness, a guided tour of the working brewery, and tasting sessions; and two shops selling memorabilia.
A taproom at the mezzanine-level is due to open soon.

A new three-story modern Turkish restaurant and nightlife venue from restaurateur Serdar Demir (owner of The Mantl in Knightsbridge and known for its open-fire cooking), mezze, dining, and basement lounge, on the former Jeru site. On the ground floor, there will be a more casual space serving mezze, then on the first floor, it's a formal set-up, while down in the basement lounge there will be late-night drinks and dancing.

Clothing brand Kith opens flagship store on Regent Street with a Treats bar and a standalone restaurant, Ronnie's New York (named after Kith founder Ronnie Fieg). Ronnie's will have its own entrance, booth and counter seating, a cocktail lounge and a menu of "New York City specialties and Mediterranean-inspired dishes". Kith Treats Bar on the ground floor will serve cookie and ice cream and some exclusive options.
