Pizza Pilgrims are taking over a former hair salon that's on the corner of Caledonian Road and Pentonville Road. It's all about Neapolitan pizza, with their dough made fresh daily.

 

Dover Street Counter

Restaurateur Martin Kuczmarski (owner of The Dover and newly opened Martino's) is opening another restaurant in Mayfair, next to its sister restaurant, The Dover, offering elevated American diner food and a lively, late-night 1950s Los Angeles vibe.

 

Stable Wines

A wine shop with a hidden, gothic-style natural wine bar in the basement, located in a former bank vault, from the team behind Goodbye Horses and The Dreamery, offering natural wines, small plates, and cheese toasties. Nathalie Nelles is Wine Director and Fred Clelland is General Manager have curated a fully natural wine list with 'zero-zero' wines (nothing added and nothing removed).

 

Wingstop - Queensway

A recently opened branch near Bayswater/Shepherd's Bush from the Wingstop chain, known for its flavorful chicken wings, boneless options, and tenders, using only halal chicken.

 

Mazarine

A new coastal French seafood restaurant by the team behind Sparrow Italian, run by ex-LPM chef Thierry Laborde (ex head chef of Le Gavroche), with a southern/Mediterranean approach to French cooking, with a focus seafood.

 

Corenucopia by Clare Smyth

Opening Date: 3 December 2025

Clare Smyth (of three Michelin stars restaurant Core in Notting Hill) is opening a brand-new luxury bistro on the former Tabisca Italian steakhouse space. 

 

Fuego Bar

Address: Arros QD, 64 Eastcastle St, Fitzrovia, London W1W 8NQ

Opening Date: 3 December 2025

The new bar at wood fire paella restaurant Arros QD by Chef Quique Dacosta. Fuego means ‘fire’ in Spanish, and the bar will offer a selection of smoky cocktails and snacks (including “Socarrat” rice crackers made from the crispy bottom layer of a paella).

 

Vagabond - Canada Water

Opening Date: 4 December 2025

London's largest wine bar and urban winery, offering a unique bar and dining experience where visitors can see the winemaking process firsthand. Try English wines made on-site, poured straight from the barrel, discover over 100 wines by the glass, or get hands-on with winemaking workshops. All the wines are on an enomatic-style system and the winery is able to produce 100,000 bottles of wine a year ('Solena' recently won Best English Still Wine at the Independent Wine Awards). They will also be hosting events and have private hire spaces as well. Managing Director is Christobell Giles.

 

Tokkia

A new Korean luxury matcha house/cafe. They serve Korean matcha, hojicha (roasted green tea), and London's first salt bread, with plain, matcha, and hojicha-filled options. It is a small shop, with only 2-3 seats, designed to be an intimate, burrow-like environment where each guest interacts with a team member one-on-one during preparation.

 

Sfrigola

Tirami-sin Pop-Up

A themed dessert stall where you confess your "sins" to get your tiramisu. Tiramisu at Mercato Mayfair is served from a unique "confession box" pop-up just "by the Altar" called Tirami-sin, located within the historic St. Mark's Church, home to Mercato Mayfair, offering a fun, themed Italian dessert experience.

 

The Grey Goose Chip Shop pop-up

Pop-up Date: 4-5 December 2025 (6pm-midnight)

A luxe two-day pop-up by Grey Goose vodka offering a chic twist on the classic British chippy by pairing perfectly chilled Grey Goose martinis (five martinis and one Bloody Mary to choose from) with gourmet French frites (like gruyère & smoked ham, truffle or coq au vin toppings) for a sophisticated late-night experience, operating on a walk-in basis only. Guests can choose between a full-sized GREY GOOSE martini cocktail served with French frites for £15, or the ‘Tiny Tini Flight’ - three miniature cocktails served with one portion of French frites, also £15.

 

Orion By Alex Webb

Alex Webb (former MasterChef: The Professionals winner) is opening his own restaurant in Wimbledon Village, after a very successful long-term pop-up at The Intercontinental. It will be a French/British sharing-style restaurant, on the former The Light House space. The focus will be on seafood, with a fish counter showcasing 'today's catch', as well as premium king crab and oysters.

 

Dim Sum Library

Opening Offer: 888 free dim sum to first customers on opening day, form 6pm 

Modern Cantonese dim sum and cocktails from a Hong Kong chain by the Aqua Group, on the former Luci restaurant, owned by Aqua as well. Looking after the kitchen chefs Jian Jia (ex head chef Din Tai Fun) and Leung Kwok Wah (who launched the restaurant in Hong Kong to run it). Guests will be able to watch the signature dim sum being made at a chef station in the entrance. There will also be a Chinoiserie-style bar.

 

Berbere - Stratford

The fifth pizzeria for the London pizza chain and will feature its signature 24-hour raised sourdough pizzas. 

 

MELT - Boxhall

Address: 1-27, The Arcade, Liverpool St, London EC2M 7PN

Opening Date: 10 December 2025

MELT, the popular cheese toastie brand, opens their second London location at Boxhall City in Liverpool Street, but this is actually their first brick & mortar restaurant, serving their epic grilled cheese sandwiches, American deli style stacks and more.

 

Market Place - Leicester Square

Opening Date: 11 December 2025

An indoor food hall, the largest in Central London, featuring 16 independent global street food vendors, three bars, and an events space. With sister sites in St Paul's, Vauxhall and Peckham, Market Place opens their most central location, across five floors.

The sixteen food traders are:

  • Bread Ahead: Breads, crème brûlée doughnuts and more
  • Butchies: Buttermilk chicken sandwiches and tenders.
  • Inamo Sukoshi: Asian inspired fusion street food and sushi.
  • Club Mexicana: Fully vegan Mexican street food.
  • Yorkshire Burritos: Sunday roast meets street food with giant Yorkshire puddings
  • Cheeky Burger: Gourmet techniques meet messy burgers
  • Duck Shed: "Ducking Delicious" wraps, burgers and salads built around slow-roasted pulled duck.
  • Hide and Greek: Greek flavours, souvlaki and gyros.
  • Hot Scotch: Caribbean cuisine like jerk chicken, rice and peas and island-inspired specials.
  • Molo: Street Lobster rolls, fish and chips and shellfish dishes
  • Mister Lasagna: More than 20 lasagna varieties
  • Soft Serve Society: Swirly soft serve like their signature black vanilla
  • Thai House: Thai plates including fragrant curries, wok-fried noodles and aromatic stir fries.
  • Crumble Mania: Customisable vegan-friendly crumbles
  • Strip Steak: Ex-Gordon Ramsay chef cooking steaks and sides fast.

It will also have three bars, screens for sporting matches and live events.

A Baker Street site is due to open soon as well.

 

Guinness Open Gate Brewery - London

Address: Old Brewer’s Yard, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9PU

Opening Date: 11 December 2025

Guinness opens £73 million microbrewery/distillery at Old Brewer’s Yard, a former brewery space. Visitors can explore the venue, enjoy a central covered courtyard hosting events, take part in a training programme or shop special limited edition items at the Guinness store.

Company of Cooks (of Jose Pizarro at the RA, and Angela Hartnett at the Royal Opera House) will run 2 of the courtyard restaurant The Porters Table (best of British produce) and Gilroy’s Loft (British seafood) at the top of the building. Chef Pip Lacey (ex Hicce) will curate the menus. On the ground floor will be Old Brewer's Yard and the main bar, serving pies by Calum Franklin.

Guinness will offer limited-edition craft brews, seasonal specials and interactive experiences: a 330-degree experience about Guinness, a guided tour of the working brewery, and tasting sessions; and two shops selling memorabilia.

A taproom at the mezzanine-level is due to open soon.

 

Chargal

A new three-story modern Turkish restaurant and nightlife venue from restaurateur Serdar Demir (owner of The Mantl in Knightsbridge and known for its open-fire cooking), mezze, dining, and basement lounge, on the former Jeru site. On the ground floor, there will be a more casual space serving mezze, then on the first floor, it's a formal set-up, while down in the basement lounge there will be late-night drinks and dancing.

 

Baked Bird

Baked Bird brings crispy baked chicken to Central London, specialising in oven-baked (not fried) chicken dishes. Honest Greens is a  "chef-driven and plant-forward" health food restaurant launched in Barcelona in 2017, focusing on Mediterranean flavours, open-fire cooking, and wholesome ingredients. UK site will be called Hg Soho, taking over the former Good Housekeeping site, and cooking everything from scratch on site using sustainable British produce.

 

Sanhao

A new "refined noodle and fried dumpling" restaurant by founder Keng Leong (of YiQi, The Eight and Dozo). Spread across three floors, they will serve classic dishes with a moderne touch, using sustainable British ingredients, by executive chef Daren Liew (ex Hakkasan Group, Duddell's and Nanyang Blossom).

 

Ronnie's at Kith London

Opening Date: 12 December 2025

Clothing brand Kith opens flagship store on Regent Street with a Treats bar and a standalone restaurant, Ronnie's New York (named after Kith founder Ronnie Fieg). Ronnie's will have its own entrance, booth and counter seating, a cocktail lounge and a menu of "New York City specialties and Mediterranean-inspired dishes". Kith Treats Bar on the ground floor will serve cookie and ice cream and some exclusive options.

 

Ocado Festive Pop-up

Siggis Capital has transformed three Georgian townhouses into a 43-bedroom boutique hotel. The name comes from British philosopher and logician Bertrand Russell and features interiors that honour his wider circle of writers and intellectuals, also known as the Bloomsbury Set. Guests can also enjoy Ottie’s Salon and a Cigar Garden.

 

HOAX & TDYK (The Devil You Know)

A new venture by husband and wife Simone (of Calloh Callay) and Lidia Crepaldi (ex Pho) on the former site of Chick 'n' Sours, offering modern Italian dining upstairs (HOAX) and a hidden basement speakeasy cocktail bar (TDYK). Simone's cousin Riccardo Lottero (formerly at Michelin-starred Massimo Camia Ristorante in Italy and Soho House in UK) will be the chef.

 

Frites Atelier

Waterloo Food Court

The team behind Vinegar Yard, Flat Iron Square and Hackney Bridge are looking to open a new food court, bar and event space in the tunnels by Waterloo and the IMAX.
