Jupiter Burger from Greg Boyce (one of the people behind Dom’s Subs) is normally only been available at Netil Market in London Fields. But for two weeks, they’re moving indoors with a takeover at Pasero in Tottenham. The burgers are heavily inspired by In-N-Out, using top-notch ingredients like beef from Hill & Szrock and Martin’s potato rolls, plus fries made from Pierre Koffmann’s potatoes.

Gordon Ramsay is on a bit of a roll right now, fresh off the success of his Netflix show Being Gordon Ramsay. Cantoast Bakery, known for its Asian-inspired baked goods, is opening a permanent spot in Marylebone thanks to Westminster Council’s Meanwhile On initiative. London’s pizza scene keeps growing, with Weezie’s set to open near Victoria in Eccleston Yards, taking over the former Biscuiteers site. Run by Will and Abbie Sandbach of Amie Wine Studio next door, it’ll be a relaxed pizza restaurant and wine bar named after Abbie’s grandmother.
The menu will focus on thin-crust London/New Haven-style pizzas alongside small plates, with drinks including their own-label wines, Guinness, Cornish beers and a short cocktail list. There’ll also be a small terrace for warmer days, with former Circus Pizza chef Sumant Sinai heading up the kitchen.

Unlike their other Mondo branches, Mondo Sando at The Grove House Tavern and Cafe Mondo in Camberwell, this new site will focus on takeaway, though there’s outdoor seating for around 50pax. Notting Hill is getting a new Lebanese spot, taking over a 1930s Lloyds bank designed by Sir Edward Maufe. Founded by brothers Jad and Karim Lahoud with Rasha Khouri Bruzzo, the restaurant draws on the Lahouds’ culinary upbringing, blending classic and contemporary Lebanese dishes. A deli at the front will sell Lebanese provisions and frozen ready-to-go dishes. The main dining room occupies a striking triple-height space with mezzanine seating, a bar at the back, and photographs of Lebanon throughout. Rum Shack is back under new ownership from The Rhumshack Group (also behind Cottons) with a new Camden site, taking over the former Ma Petite Jamaica. The venue will be both a restaurant and late-night bar, serving beach shack-style dishes like salt cod fritters, oxtail croquettes, coconut prawns, curried mutton, Jamaican fried chicken, and a dedicated jerk section with ribs, wings, and boneless chicken. Japanese handrolls are getting a new home in Soho with Kumori, the permanent restaurant from the team behind recent pop-ups and events like the Monaco Grand Prix. Burnt is opening its first East London branch, this time with a full in-house bakery. Middle Eastern–inspired ice cream brand Darlish is expanding with two new parlours opening in Notting Hill and Bloomsbury in spring 2026, alongside a refurbishment of its original shop in Spitalfields. Founded by Laura Dawson, the brand is known for ice cream flavours inspired by Persian and Middle Eastern traditions, including saffron, rose, pistachio and Turkish coffee, as well as its popular baklava ice cream sandwich.
