Honest Greens Soho Review: Fresh Mediterranean Flavours Shine on the New Summer Menu
Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean sacrificing flavour, and Hg Soho (Honest Greens) proves exactly that. The Barcelona-born restaurant has brought its Mediterranean-inspired approach to London’s Soho, pairing sustainably sourced British produce with vibrant seasonal ingredients and open-fire cooking.
Located just off Wardour Street on St Anne’s Court, Hg Soho offers a bright, contemporary space with a relaxed atmosphere and we are in love with the interior. Orders are placed at the counter before food is delivered to the table, making the experience feel casual without compromising on quality.

This summer, the restaurant has refreshed its menu with lighter dishes, bold citrus flavours and plenty of colourful fruit and herbs, creating a collection that’s perfectly suited to warm-weather dining.
The new summer menu focuses on ingredients at their seasonal best, with Mediterranean influences running throughout the dishes. Fresh herbs, juicy fruit, whipped cheeses, crunchy dukkahs and citrus dressings add brightness to almost every plate, while the restaurant continues its commitment to minimally processed, wholesome ingredients: “no pretence, no processing, no preservatives, just Real Food done right”.
Among the standout additions is the Ginger Honey Goat Garden Bowl, perfectly captures the spirit of the season with colourful tomatoes, and pear. Refreshing, creamy and surprisingly light, and packed with contrasting textures.
The hummus is another highlight, combining creamy taste with crispy sourdough for a side dish that’s impossible not to finish.
For something more substantial, the flat iron steak. it’s delicious, satisfying and best combined with smashed truffle potatoes.
Overall, the new summer menu feels fresh, colourful and full of personality, balancing indulgence with wholesome ingredients.

One of Honest Greens’ biggest strengths has always been the quality of its produce. Rather than relying on heavy sauces or overly complicated recipes, the kitchen lets fresh vegetables, herbs and carefully cooked proteins do the talking.

If you’re looking for one of Soho’s best healthy restaurants, whether for lunch, dinner or a post-shopping refuel, Honest Greens deserves a place on your list. The seasonal menu showcases exactly why the brand has built such a loyal following across Europe, and its first London restaurant is already proving to be a welcome addition to Soho’s dining scene. The exciting news is that they are planning to open a new restaurant in Victoria this Autumn and we very much look forward to that.

Address: 21 St Anne’s Court, Soho, London W1F 0BN.
