Deliveroo has officially opened its first bricks-and-mortar store on Oxford Street, in partnership with Morrisons, offering its customers a brand new way to shop.
The store uses digital kiosks where buyers can order via the Deliveroo app, and collect the items in-store or have them delivered via Deliveroo’s network of riders.
The Deliveroo HOP store houses over 1,750 grocery items including Morrisons ‘Ready to Eat’ and ‘The Best’ ranges, as well as cupboard staples, snacks and dinner ingredients so you'll have "greater flexibility and choice", according to Deliveroo chief operating officer, Eric French.
Deliveroo HOP first launched in September 2021 and is now operating across 16 sites in UK, France, Italy, Hong Kong and UAE.
