Disney is celebrating the launch of the Star Wars series The Mandalorian Season 3 launching on Disney+ from 1st March, with a pop-up in Soho called The Forge.
The Mandalorians are the Star Wars galaxy’s most revered warriors. After the fall of the Empire, a lone Mandalorian makes his way through the lawless galaxy with this foundling, Grogu.
Visit the pop-up for a chance to experience gritty vibe of the show: the sights, sounds and smells of a working forge inspired by the armoury, where they make their armour and weapons, including live music performances in a cantina bar setting.
You will also have Mandalorian-inspired photo opportunities such as wielding a Darksaber (Mandalorians' legendary weapon) – and have your picture taken by a droid photographer.
and if you are lucky, you might get chosen to see your own Beskar-inspired ‘ingot’ being stamped by blacksmiths and receive an unforgettable token of your visit.
The experience is suitable for all ages and last 30 minutes.
When: Wednesday 22nd February, 2pm-6pm.
Thursday 23rd February, 10am-6pm
Where: 48 Regent St., Piccadilly Circus, London W1B 5RA (directly underneath the Piccadilly Lights)
Tickets: Entry is FREE and you can buy tickets here but walk-ins also welcomed.
