Farzi’s brand new tasting menu, Taste of Farzi, blends avant-garde Indian cuisine with British seasonal ingredients to make this a perfect West End hotspot for a real festive feast.
Priced at just £38, this offers an affordable yet elevated culinary experience in the heart of Haymarket, embracing authentic Indian flavours and dishes just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly Circus.
Established in 2019 by the son of the late Jiggs Kalra, renowned as the 'Czar of Indian cuisine,' its goal was to showcase the evolution of Indian cuisine, putting it permanently on the global map. Farzi has done exactly that, the restaurant celebrated for its playful and flavourful gastronomy. Zorawal Kalra is equally credited with introducing some of the most awarded restaurant concepts in India, earning his accolade as the ‘Prince of Indian cuisine’.
Head Chef Dhwani Agarwal, a protégé of Kalra, captures the essence of Christmas with a collation of their most standout dishes from the past year that invite guests to share in the festive spirit and become a part of the Farzi family. Hero dishes span from Chicken Karaage, paired with chilli yoghurt emulsion and purple potato crisp, Mains of Turkey Malai Tikka, Deon Chetin, Guinea Fowl Goshtaba and Rajasthani Laal Maas paired with traditional Indian breads, before meandering through to sweet treats of Saffron Shrikhand Mille Feuillle and Almond Ice cream. There is also a vegetarian version of the menu, also available at £38pp.
Both menus are currently live in the restaurant, to book your seasonal celebration book here.
Farzi can be found at 8 Haymarket, London SW1Y 4BP. You can find its seasonal menus, including the Taste of Farzi (£38), as well as its signature dishes and A La Carte offerings right here.
