Avant-Garde Members’ Club Christabel’s To Open in London’s Soho

Cult favourite Christabel’s will launch its decadent new home in the heart of London’s Soho at 17 Great Windmill Street on 7th July. It promises to deliver even more spectacular underground evenings of avant garde entertainment and indulgence, live music and burlesque geared towards the most creative and eccentric of London’s various social sets.

Saying farewell to Fitzrovia, it joins the ranks of iconic member’s establishments such as Soho House and The Groucho Club from beneath the historic site of the Windmill Theatre, in collaboration with The Cream Group – the masterminds behind the likes of Cirque Le Soir, Reign, and Wyld.

Fuelled by a creative cocktail menu from celebrated mixologist Andy Mil and indulgent fine dining featuring lobster, caviar, steak, and truffle dishes from Michelin-star chef Andy McLeish (formerly of The Ritz), the Club also offers a lavish chesterfield furnished Cigar Humidor smoking lounge, and an exciting secret back passage to the Windmill Theatre.

Christabel’s is well known for its wanton ‘Bands & Burleqsue’ evenings, late night clubnight and DJs, and its stage of diverse acts from the Mystery Jets to Iron Maiden. With an eclectic array of Founder Members including DJ Paul Oakenfold and ex-Babyshambles and Kooks musicians, it strives to offer something for every taste, attracting many celebrities from all paths such as actors from Game of Thrones, Downton Abbey, and Dynasty.

Christabel’s at 17 Great Windmill Street will be open on Thursdays from 8pm til 3am, and on Fridays too after the Summer. Membership starts from £500 p/a, with lifetime membership available and special rates for artists and musicians.

And If you’re not yet a member, you can obtain entry through VIP table bookings subject to minimum spend a bottle service. Do join us in becoming a player on the stage where life imitates art and poetry pervades all…
