Lightroom, an immersive exhibition space, opens King’s Cross

David Hockney: ‘Bigger & Closer (Not Smaller & Further Away)' Lightroom Art Space

A four-storey immersive art space called 'Lightroom' will open in Kings Cross. The space is specifically designed for spectacular artist-led shows. The power of revolutionary technology, sound work and cutting-edge projection artworks, will really immerse you in the art.

Lightroom is launching their programme with a collaboration with David Hockney where visitors will enjoy a journey through Hockney’s whole career. It will feature famous artworks and set designs as well as specially commissioned new pieces, all on a soundtrack of Nico Muhly and a Hockney voiceover.

Expect an art exhibition merged with a theatrical installation. 

Lightroom is a joint venture between 59 Productions and London Theatre Company.
