Try London’s First Air Fryer Restaurant with eBay

For one night only, you can dine at the first ever air fryer restaurant. Brought to us by ‘Air Fryer King’ Nathan Anthony and eBay, to highlight refurbished air fryers, the most hyped kitchen hero of the moment, which you can get cheaper on eBay.

A menu of small plates has been specially curated by Nathan who is TV chef and two times best-selling food author, all with tips on how to recreate them at home.

The set menu includes twelve small plates: three starters, four mains and three desserts, all of which are cooked using only refurbished air fryers from eBay.

Highlights include steak tacos with avocado cream, miso glazed aubergine, aglio e olio chicken wings, nduja-stuffed arancini balls, lamb chops with a mint sauce, peaches with ice-cream, honey, and pistachios and Creme Egg croissant balls.

The pop-up in Shoreditch will be called AIR and will aim to educate shoppers on the energy savings they can make by buying refurbished air fryers, including Ninja, as well as the positive impact on the environment. The restaurant will use refurbished tech throughout, with touch screen iPad menus, frozen margaritas in SAGE blenders, and ice cream from the Ninja Creami.

Guests will also get the chance to win their very own Ninja air fryer and Nathan Anthony’s cookbook by uploading a picture using #eBayAIR to Instagram, which will then be entered into a prize draw.

Nathan commented:

"Having started as a home cook in lockdown, opening a real-world pop-up restaurant to showcase a tangible way consumers can save costs this winter is a dream come true! These speedy counter-top machines can whip up a dish in record time with lower energy use and costs - and despite the name, they’re useful for far more than frying! In fact, as a low-oil cooking method, they're one of the healthiest – and tastiest - ways to cook at home."

We'll be first in the queue!
