Michelin-starred restaurants of 2023 in UK and Ireland are revealed

Today Michelin Guide have offered their shiny stars to the best of the British and Irish restaurants at the Silverstone Circuit in Northampton.

There are 74 Michelin-star restaurants in London.

Eight restaurants have three Michelin stars in the UK and Ireland and five out of them are in London: Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester on Park Lane, Core by Clare Smyth in Notting Hill, Hélène Darroze at The Connaught in Mayfair, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea and Sketch (The Lecture Room & Library) in Mayfair. There were no new three-stars awarded this year.

From the 25 restaurants in the UK and Ireland that have two Michelin stars, twelve are in London.

There are 57 single Michelin-starred restaurants.
